Man killed in car vs. pedestrian crash in Orlando

ORLANDO, FL – One person’s life was claimed in a crash between a pedestrian and a car Monday, Click Orlando reported. 

The collision happened around 5 p.m. approaching Curry Ford Road and Palm Creek Avenue. 

The pedestrian was walking along the southbound lanes in the area. He came onto the westbound lanes and traveled in front of a Toyota Camry. As a result, he was hit by the car and succumbed to fatal injuries. 

The driver of the Camry was not hurt. 

Additional details are being investigated by officials, which means updates will be posted to the news blog when new information comes to light.
