ORLANDO, FL – A 26-year-old man was killed when he crashed his Tesla into a guardrail on SR 417, causing the vehicle to catch fire and injuring two people.
According to WESH, the collision happened near Curry Ford Road Tuesday. The force of this crash led a female and a male passenger to sustain serious injuries. The 26-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials said the 26-year-old man did not wear a seatbelt and suspect that speed could have been a contributing factor to this crash.
