Intake Specialist

Location: Remote or In-House
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of intake experience in a legal or personal injury setting.

Job Description:
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role involves evaluating new inquiries, gathering critical information, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new cases.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients.
Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate the merits of potential cases.
Explain the firm’s services and set client expectations.
Accurately enter client information into the case management system.
Follow up with prospective clients to complete intake documentation.
Coordinate with case managers and attorneys to ensure smooth case transitions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in client intake within a legal or personal injury firm.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Familiarity with case management software is a plus.

Job Description:
As a Personal Injury Attorney at JustCallMoe, you will handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through trial. This role requires a skilled advocate who can deliver outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Handle all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-suit negotiations through trial.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the case.
Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
Stay updated on changes in Florida personal injury law and industry trends.

Qualifications:
J.D. degree from accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with Florida Bar.
Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and litigating personal injury cases.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
Commitment to providing excellent client service.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of case management experience in a personal injury law firm.

Job Description:
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to case management.

Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Gather, organize, and maintain client files, including medical records and billing statements.
Coordinate with medical providers to obtain necessary documentation and schedule treatments.

Prepare and send demand packages to insurance companies.
Track case progress and ensure all deadlines are met, including filing and discovery timelines.
Assist attorneys in preparing cases for mediation or trial.
Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the firm’s case management system.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing personal injury cases.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
