Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is critical in supporting our attorneys through all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
Manage litigation case files from initial filing through trial preparation.
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff.
Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
Track deadlines and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury law (Florida experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Florida state court procedures and e-filing systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple deadlines.
Paralegal certification or degree preferred, but not required.

● Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
● Comfortable learning new software and working within case management systems.
