Qualifications:

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Handle all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-suit negotiations through trial.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the case.
Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
Stay updated on changes in Florida personal injury law and industry trends.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree from accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with Florida Bar.
Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and litigating personal injury cases.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help streamline daily operations. This role is vital in ensuring the firm runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients for the Managing Attorney, Chief Marketing Officer, and Director of Client Service and Operations
- Assist in planning firm events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle any other administrative tasks to support the firm’s operations.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with leadership to ensure inventory is maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Clio and CasePeer a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
