ORLANDO, FL – A rollover collision on SR 417 North claimed a 69-year-old man’s life Wednesday morning, according to WESH.
The crash happened before 6:30 a.m. when an 18-year-old man lost control of his car, hit a concrete barrier, and then struck the vehicle in the lane next to him.
The second car flipped over, and the driver – the 69-year-old man – was sent to a hospital, where he succumbed to fatal injuries.
The 18-year-old man remained at the scene and was spared from harm.
Traffic was redirected to Moss Park, and all northbound lanes were closed at the time of this writing.
