Man dead after getting hit by two vehicles on SR 417 in Orlando

ORANGE COUNTY, FL – A two-vehicle versus pedestrian crash claimed one life Wednesday, WESH 2 reported. 

The collision occurred around 5:30 a.m. on State Road 417. A pedestrian was hit by a Chevy Silverado and a patrol car walking from a median. 

Troopers revealed the pedestrian wound up in a ditch prior to walking on the road. 

The pedestrian succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No further information is available.
