One dead after car vs. pedestrian crash in DeLand

DELAND, FL – A pedestrian’s life was claimed after getting hit by a Ford Fusion around 6 p.m. Sunday. 

The collision occurred in the area of North Woodland Boulevard and Wisconsin Avenue, according to Click Orlando. 

The pedestrian declined to stay on the sidewalk; the driver was unharmed.
