Pedestrian killed on University Boulevard

ORLANDO, FL – A 23-year-old man died after being struck by a car on University Boulevard early Saturday morning, Click Orlando reports. 

The victim, a native of Long Branch New Jersey, was attempting to cross the eastbound lanes of University Boulevard near the Technological Avenue intersection. Around 1:45 a.m. he was struck by a Tesla driven by a 19-year-old man.

He was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the Tesla and his passenger, a 19-year-old woman, remained at the scene.
