Woman, 30, killed in car-pedestrian crash in Kissimmee

KISSIMMEE, FL – A 30-year-old woman’s life was claimed in a car versus pedestrian crash on U.S. 192 Wednesday. 

The collision occurred after 5 a.m. along Griffin Road, Click Orlando reported. The 30-year-old woman was walking on the southbound lanes. At the same time, the driver of a 2020 Toyota Corolla was traveling west on the road. The pedestrian was in the driver’s pathway and was hit. 

The driver remained at the scene and notified authorities of the collision. The pedestrian succumbed to fatal injuries. 

All directions of U.S. 192 closed but have reopened.
