Accident in Ocoee leaves one dead

OCOEE, FL – An accident in Ocoee resulted in one death early on Thursday morning, according to Click Orlando.

The crash occurred near the intersection of Wurst Road and Jamela Drive and 1:30 a.m. The cause of the single-vehicle accident is not clear at this time.

The victim was travelling west in a 2019 Dodge Challenger when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole.

He was hospitalized with serious injuries and later died at the hospital.
