One hospitalized after crash involving Casselberry police vehicle

CASSELBERRY, FL – One person was hospitalized after an accident involving a Casselberry police cruiser on Wednesday morning, according to the Orlando Sentinel. 

The crash occurred at the intersection of Rinehart Road and Primera Boulevard around 7 a.m. when a vehicle ran a red light. The police car and a Toyota Camry then collided. It is not clear which vehicle ran the light.

Multiple people were injured and at least one victim was hospitalized. The identity of the victim has not been released.
