One killed in fiery Davenport crash

DAVENPORT, FL – A fiery, head-on collision left one driver dead in Davenport on Wednesday evening, according to WTSP. 

The collision occurred on Pine Tree Trail around 9:30 p.m. The driver of a southbound Honda sedan lost control around a curve and crashed into a northbound Nissan Juke.

The Honda’s driver was killed. The driver and two passengers in the Nissan were hospitalized but then released.
