One killed, two injured in Pine Hills crash

PINE HILLS, FL – A crash in Pine Hills left a woman dead and two others injured on Saturday night, according to local news reports. 

The deadly accident occurred at the intersection of Silver Star Road and Powers Drive around 7 p.m. The victim 57-year-old was attempting to make a left turn onto Powers when she was struck by another vehicle driven by a 31-year-old man from Ocoee.

The victim’s vehicle then crashed into a electric pole and a parked vehicle. The driver was rushed to the hospital, where she declared dead. He passenger, a 32-year-day man from Orlando, sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The driver of the other vehicle also suffered minor injuries.
