DAVENPORT, FL – One was injured, and one was left dead after a crash between a pickup and semi-truck on Wednesday, March 15th.
The collision took place before 4 p.m. at Osceola Polk Line Road & Old Lake Wilson Road, Click Orlando reported.
Both drivers were approaching Osceola Polk Line Road. The driver of a 2022 Ford F-150 turned in front of the semi-truck. The impact caused the driver of the semi-truck to hit the Ford’s left side.
The semi-truck driver was unharmed, while the Ford passenger was taken to the hospital for serious, non-life-threatening injuries. The Ford driver, a 31-year-old man from Hialeah, succumbed to fatal injuries.
At the time of the collision, there was a road closure. No additional details are available at this time.
