Backpack Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Prize: One (1) backpack, school supplies and one (3) $100 gift cards.
3. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be chosen by Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
4. Prize Pickup: The winner must pick up their prize in person at:

   1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 150
   Orlando, FL 32810
5. Social Media Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to appear in photos and/or videos for promotional purposes on JustCallMoe social media channels without additional compensation.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
7. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
8. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of JustCallMoe Injury & Accident Attorneys, which are final and binding in all respects.
