1 dead after Orlando pedestrian crash on S Goldenrod Road

ORLANDO, FL – A pedestrian crash claimed a 59-year-old woman’s life Monday, WESH reported. 

The collision occurred before 6:15 a.m. on northbound South Goldenrod Road. Florida State Troopers said a driver of an SUV hit the woman as she crossed the street. 

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The pedestrian was hospitalized, where she later succumbed to fatal injuries.
