Pedestrian fatally struck by vehicle in Beach Park

TAMPA, FL – A woman was killed early this morning when she was hit by a vehicle in west Tampa.

According to a report by 10 Tampa Bay, the woman was struck while walking in the area of West Kennedy Boulevard and North Westshore Boulevard at about 4:45 a.m.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later. Her identity is being withheld pending further investigation.

We do not know at this time if the driver will be charged in connection to the deadly crash.
