80-year-old on tricycle killed in Orlando hit-and-run

ORLANDO, FL – An 80-year-old woman was killed in Orlando after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Monday night, CBS Orlando reports. 

The victim was hit as she rode a tricycle on West Lancaster Road. The driver, who police believe was in a black BMW 3 series, fled the scene.

She was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and passed away on Wednesday.
