OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

The “JustCallMoe VIP Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by JustCallMoe.com (“Sponsor”), unless otherwise stated. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal Florida residents who are 21 years or older. Void where prohibited.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

4. VIP MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By becoming a JustCallMoe VIP Member, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

• VIP membership is required for entry
• Members may receive a JustCallMoe VIP membership card (digital and/or physical)
• Members consent to receive email communications from JustCallMoe.com and affiliated entities, including JustCallMoe Injury & Accident Attorneys
• These communications may include marketing, promotional, and informational content
• Where required by law, recipients may opt out of marketing emails in accordance with applicable regulations (including CAN-SPAM)

5. HOW TO ENTER

• No purchase necessary
• One entry per eligible VIP membership unless otherwise stated

6. ENTRY PERIOD

Ends October 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

7. DRAWING DATE

Winner selected on or about October 8, 2026.

8. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $2,500 USD, selecting ONE of the following:

1. Cruise vacation (travel agent selected by Sponsor)
2. Las Vegas vacation (airfare & hotel via gift cards)
3. Moe merchandise claw machine (vendor selected by Sponsor, including Kurt Van Zyl or designee)
4. One-year supply of Beefy King (52 × $50 gift cards or equivalent)
5. Orlando Solar Bears package (2 season tickets + $700 merch credit)

All prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.

9. PRIZE CLAIM, IN-PERSON REQUIREMENT & MEDIA PARTICIPATION

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees and acknowledges that:

A. In-Person Prize Claim Required

• Winner must claim and pick up the prize in person at:

• Travel to and from the location is the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified by Sponsor
• Failure to appear in person within the timeframe provided by Sponsor will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner

B. Media Appearance Requirement

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

• Appear in photographs, video recordings, and other media content during prize fulfillment
• Allow Sponsor and affiliated entities to use such content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes
• Grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute such media in any format, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital ads, and print materials

10. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or an alternate will be selected.

12. TAXES

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

13. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and submitted or recorded media for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
This includes media captured during the in-person prize pickup at the Orlando office location listed above.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or integrity concerns.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or attempts to manipulate the entry process.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway, prize acceptance, or travel to/from the prize pickup location.

16. DISPUTES

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in Florida courts.

17. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

By entering, participants agree that their information may be used for:

Giveaway administration

Marketing communications from JustCallMoe.com

Communications from affiliated entities, including JustCallMoe Injury & Accident Attorneys

Participants may opt out of marketing communications where legally required.
