Crash in Longwood leaves one dead, six injured

LONGWOOD, FL – One person was killed and six were hospitalized after an accident in Longwood on Thursday afternoon, Fox 35 Orlando reports. 

The crash occurred around 3 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 600 and Marion Lane in Seminole County. A Kia Sedona was driving north when it attempted to make a left turn and struck the drivers side door of a Nissan Altima.

The Altima’s driver was killed and the scene. Six occupants of the Kia were hospitalized. The extend of their injuries has not been reported.
